My husband and I and our two sons decided to build at Mair Mills, Falcon Chase in March 2008. We had been looking for over a year to either build, or move home. Almost immediately after looking at Falcon Chase we knew it was right for us. All the choices that we had to make initially were a bit overwhelming. However Faith, the Co-ordinator, was a great help and support.
We moved in at the end of August 2008, just two weeks from the original entry date. The house far exceeded my expectations. I had not envisioned how elegant and spacious it would be. We are on a Golf Course lot and the view and the atmosphere it creates in the house is priceless.
Also, the neighbourhood is only three minutes from town, not any further to drive than our previous "in town home" . When you drive into the neighbourhood you are surrounded by Ski Slopes, which makes me feel very privileged to live here. Everyone in the neighbourhood is extremely friendly and welcoming. We look forward to many happy years here and are secure in the knowledge that we made the right choice in Carandale Homes.
