Everyone at Carandale Homes was very helpful before, during, and after our closing. The Caravaggio brothers and Faith Tomney have been extremely accommodating, providing valuable suggestions for our home and quickly taking care of a few issues after closing. Carandale does take great pride and care in their houses. Moving into a new enclosed subdivision, gave us a sense of security and community. After six years in a condo, our kids don’t always remember to close the front door when they go. And, when our dog Max walked out one day unnoticed, a neighbour brought him back about an hour later. It is nice to know that we have friendly neighbours who watch out for each other. Our home backs onto the golf course, and we can see both the golf course and the mountains from our window. But what is truly beautiful is to look out and see our kids with lots of space to run and play.
